In March 2024, a company from Brazil contacted our support for help regarding the Lockbit 3.0 Ransomware. They got infected by this ransomware. Their Windows Computers and Virtual Machines were attacked by Lockbit 3.0 ransomware. It was a network attack happened due to low security of network and vulnerabilities. The company didn’t have any updated backups and most of the backups were encrypted as well. Our support member has talked with the technician of the company on WhatsApp and asked him about the case.

Then we asked them for the feedback and got a very good response from the company. Moreover, we also asked for the payment and they sent it on the same wallet address to prove their credibility. It was really great experience working with them.
After a few days, they contacted us back again for the help regarding network security. Our team also helped them about securing their network and data from future attacks free of cost.
